EFT TAPPING TO CLEAR MY DOUBTS AND FEARS THAT I CAN ACHIEVE MY GOALS

I heard some news reporters commenting this week on the local TV channel, while laughing, that this was the time when the gyms expect high occupancy and that by the end of January, the people who had signed up so eagerly, hoping now that they will stick to their exercise program, would have already stopped going to the gym. The New Year brings us new hope that this time we can stick to our goals, that we can do things differently than last year, but after a few days of trying many of us give up.
Has this happened to you? Do you doubt that you can achieve your goals and dreams? Are you afraid that you lack the ability to achieve your projects?
It has been my experience working with clients, that EFT Tapping is very effective for eliminating and clearing limiting beliefs that are blocking you from the success that you desire. So if you would like some help for the New Year, then tap with me.
Let’s get clear:
What do you want to accomplish with this EFT TAPPING EXERCISE”?
SETTING THE INTENTION TO HEAL: CLOSE YOUR EYES AND PLACE YOUR HAND ON THE MIDDLE OF YOUR CHEST (YOUR HEART CENTER) AND TAKE 3 SLOW HEALING BREATHS IN AND OUT. NOW TAP AND SAY ALOUD (IF POSSIBLE) :
IT IS MY INTENTION TO CLEAR MY DOUBTS AND FEARS THAT I CAN ACHIEVE MY GOALS AND DREAMS. I KNOW THAT I DESERVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL. RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW I AM SAFE, MY INNER CHILD IS SAFE. ALL IS WELL.
Write down the goals that you want to achieve, be very clear and specific. Notice what emotions come up when you think about your goals. Notice where you feel these emotions in your body.
Rate the intensity of your emotion on a scale of 0-10 (SUDS Rating-Subjective Units of Distress)
10 meaning – your highest intensity (I feel terrible)
0 meaning – no intensity at all (I feel happy) * Remember to drink water before and during tapping

While rubbing the sore spot on your chest or tapping the karate chop point of either hand (7-10 times) Repeat the following EFT Phrases aloud:
EFT SET UP PHRASES
Even thought I have all of these doubts that I can achieve my goals, I have failed before. How can things be different now? I deeply and completely love, accept and respect myself. What if I can be open to the possibility that this time I can do things in a different, more positive, creative and productive way?
Even though I am afraid that I am going to fail again. It seems that I can never fulfill my dreams. I deeply and profoundly love, honor and respect myself anyway. What if I give myself permission to feel more confident and believe that I can accomplish my dreams?
Even though I have this pattern of not accomplishing my goals, maybe I am afraid of being successful, I don’t really know. But I deeply and completely love, accept and respect myself. What if I can feel safe now, so I can allow myself to be as successful as I want to be?
Even though I feel these fears and tension in my body (shoulders, stomach, back, chest, etc) when I think about achieving my goals. I still deeply and completely love, accept and respect myself. And I honor how I feel. What if I can relax now and let go of these fears and tension?
Now tap (7-10 times) on the following energy points while repeating your negative reminder phrases aloud.
CROWN OF HEAD: I have all of these doubts that I can achieve my goals!
BEGINNING OF EYEBROW: I have all of these fears that I can achieve my goals!
SIDE OF EYE: I have failed before! I will never finish my project!
UNDER EYE: How can I expect that things can be different now?
UNDER NOSE: I lack confidence in my ability to achieve my dreams!
UNDER MOUTH: I have all of these doubts that I can achieve my goals!
COLLARBONE: I am afraid that I am going to fail again!
UNDER ARM: Just like I failed last time!
CROWN OF HEAD: I am so used to failing and not accomplishing my goals! It has become a pattern for me!
BEGINNING OF EYEBROW: I don’t believe in myself! I am not good enough!
SIDE OF EYE: It is so hard for me to get things done!
UNDER EYE: I am not able to focus my attention and time on the work that I need to do, to accomplish my goals!
UNDER NOSE: I have this pattern of not accomplishing my goals! I get so distracted…
UNDER MOUTH: I am afraid of being successful!
COLLARBONE: I get distracted so easily. I am not able to focus my attention on what I want to get done.
UNDER ARM: I feel these fears and tension in my body (in my shoulder, back, stomach, chest etc,)
CROWN OF HEAD: Why am I so afraid to get things done and accomplish my goals?
Take a slow healing breath in and out and release all of your unresolved negative emotions from your mindandbody.
How do you feel? Rate your emotional intensity level on a scale of 0-10, do several rounds until your intensity is down to ZERO. When your intensity drops to a 3, you can choose to start tapping “Reframing and Positive Choices.” Your system will be more receptive to accepting a new healthy perspective.
Now tap REFRAMING AND POSITIVE CHOICES on each of the following energy points:
CROWN OF HEAD: What if I allow myself to release my doubts about achieving my goals?
BEGINNING OF EYEBROW: What if I allow myself to release all of my fears about achieving my goals?
SIDE OF EYE: My past failure does not define my present!
UNDER EYE: I am giving myself permission to take action in the direction of my dreams!
UNDER NOSE: I know now that every time that I accomplish one small step, it helps me to increase my confidence!
UNDER MOUTH: I can take good care of myself in the morning when I wake up and go to sleep at a reasonable hour, so I can wake up feeling refreshed and energized!
COLLARBONE: I choose to exercise in a way that is fun for me and eat nutritious meals, drink healing water, do I what I need to do so I feel physically healthy!
UNDER ARM: I choose to do my daily EFT Tapping to help me reduce stress, so that I can be in a good mental state! So I can feel peaceful!
CROWN OF HEAD: I am allowing myself to focus my attention, my time, my energies and my efforts on the goals that I want to accomplish!
BEGINNING OF EYEBROW: I am creating a new healthy pattern. This time, I am allowing myself to focus my attention, do my work and accomplish my goals.
SIDE OF EYE: I have the courage to be successful. I deserve to be successful!
UNDER EYE: I am allowing myself to release my fears of being successful, because I deserve success!
UNDER NOSE: I feel safe being successful. I am allowing myself to focus my attention, my time and my energy on accomplishing one goal at a time until I get it done. And then, I keep on working on another goal.
UNDER MOUTH: The more I do my tapping, the more I release my fears and tension from my mindandbody!
COLLARBONE: I am allowing myself to release my fears of failing! I am taking the right inspired action now to accomplish my dreams! I am allowing myself to focus my attention on one goal at a time until I get it done!
UNDER ARM: I give myself full permission to let go of my fears of being successful. I deserve to accomplish my goals. I know now that I am good enough!
CROWN OF HEAD: I feel more confident now in my ability to accomplish my dreams and goals so I can enjoy the life that I desire! All I need to do is have a clear goal written down on my planner, focus my attention on how I am going to achieve it, focus my time, my energy, my resources, my efforts on this goal until I get it done. Then I celebrate myself because I deserve it!
Take a slow healing breath in and out and relax your mindandbody. Right here, right now you and your inner child are safe and protected at all levels.
“Gratitude Process”
Put your hand on the middle of your chest (your heart center) and tap while repeating aloud: Remember that we want to establish a connection between our mind and our heart because we want to live a heart centered life!
I am so happy and grateful now because I allowed myself to release all of my doubts that I can accomplish my goals! I am good enough. I have always been more than good enough!
I am so happy and grateful now because I allowed myself to release all of my fears that I can fulfill my dreams!
I am so happy and grateful now because I have clear goals and I write them down on my planner!
I am so happy and grateful now because I know that I am good enough and I have the ability to achieve my goals, one step at a time!
I am so happy and grateful now because I allow myself to focus my attention, my time, my energy, my resources on achieving my goal. It is very clear for me what I need to do now.
I am so happy and grateful now because every time that I accomplish one goal, I celebrate myself!
I am so happy and grateful now because I am taking better care of myself now!
I am so happy and grateful now because I am exercising in ways that are fun for me!
I am so happy and grateful now because I eat nutritious meals and drink my healing water!
I am so happy and grateful now because I do my EFT tapping every day to help me reduce stress!
I am so happy and grateful now because I go to bed at a good hour and wake up refreshed and energized!
I am so happy and grateful now because I am allowing myself to focus my attention on the goals that I want to accomplish! Every day, I remember to do my work!
I am so happy and grateful now because every day I take the right inspired action, I focus my attention, my time, my energy, my resources and my efforts on my clear goal until I get it done; and doing these things increase my confidence!
I am so happy and grateful now because I have the pattern of being able to focus my attention, my time, my energy, my resources and my efforts on my clear goal until I get it done! I am good enough. I have always been more than good enough!
Take a slow healing breath in and out and feel the energy of gratitude in your heart, let it expand to your entire mindandbody!
