EFT MINDANDBODY TAPPING TO INCREASE JOY AND ABUNDANCE-THE GRATITUDE FLOW
This season of Gratitude is providing us with the perfect opportunity to express our loving and grateful thoughts.
I often escape to this incredibly beautiful creek, it is a space where I can actually feel the peace and the love as I observe the beauty of nature, the water flowing gently, the birds and ducks rejoicing in the clarity of the stream. The squirrels running around happily because they found their treasure, the laughter of the children playing with the swings and slides, the dogs running with their owners.
This creek is a place where you can actually feel your frequencies of love, gratitude and joy rise up.
I love taking advantage of this opportunity and express my gratitude while tapping. Tapping anchors this peace and feelings of love and gratitude into your mindandbody and it elevates your consciousness.
Pause for a moment. Take some slow healing breaths in and out, allow your mindandbody to relax, place your hand on your heart center and tap while you say aloud: (And as I have explained before in the past, you can tap your Gratitude Phrases on all the different energy points of the face and body)
I am so grateful because right here and right now I am safe
I am so grateful because I am choosing to feel peace in my heart
I am so grateful because my energy of gratitude attracts abundance and prosperity
I am so grateful because I allow myself to see good and beauty all around me
I am grateful for my wonderful mind
I am grateful for my amazing body
I am grateful because I know that my body was created with the ability to heal itself
I am grateful because I know that I am worthy
I am grateful because I am able to get out of my comfort zone and accomplish my goals
I am grateful because I have skills and talents to share with the world
I am grateful because I deserve to feel and be prosperous
I want you to be aware that your thoughts and feelings create your reality and that there is a constant interaction between your mindandbody, so when you focus your attention on joyful thoughts and feelings of gratitude, it brings peace and happiness to your heart, you are now in this appreciative state and you are sending a positive vibration to the Greatness of Life, The Greatness of Life then responds to your loving vibration and multiplies your joy, your peace and it brings to you more wonderful things to be grateful for. Also notice how your overall well-being improves.
Continue writing and tapping on your Gratitude List, add your own words and thoughts and let the energy of love, and appreciation to embrace your mindandbody completely.
