Hi everybody:
In this video, I am answering the question from a viewer:
How come we state, Even though I don’t deserve or I cannot move forward, or I feel worthless, instead of stating affirmations in the positive like: I feel deserving, I am moving forward easily, or I am worthy, etc.
When we are using EFT MindandBody Tapping to work on our issues, the first thing that we want to do is accept that we are having the problem, acknowledge how we feel having this problem and then we accept ourselves in spite that we are having the problem. We call this the EFT Acceptance Phrase. Additionally, we tune into our own body and see where in our body we feel the negative emotion concerning our problem and we rate the emotional charge on a scale of 0 -10.
