I SUFFERED CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME, M.E. MYSELF FOR MANY MANY YEARS, IT FELT LIKE A LIFETIME, AS YOU KNOW, THE ILLNESS IS DEVASTATING AND VERY COMPLEX, THERE ARE MULTIPLE SYMPTOMS. IN A FEW WORDS, I FELT LIKE I WAS DYING DAY AND NIGHT AND I NEVER HAD ANY RELIEF, UNTIL I FOUND EFT TAPPING, AND I LEARNED TO IDENTIFY, ADDRESS, TAP AND CLEAR THE NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL CONTRIBUTORS TO MY ILLNESS, AS WELL AS MY CHILDHOOD TRAUMA AND MY OWN LIMITING BELIEFS ABOUT HEALING AND MUCH MORE AND THAT IS WHEN I BEGAN TO HEAL. IT WAS NOT A MIRACLE HEALING, IT TOOK ME TIME, AND EFFORT TO GET BETTER, BUT I LEARNED THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET BETTER FROM CFS AND M.E. SO I HOPE THIS EFT TAPPING CAN HELP YOU TO RELAX, BECAUSE WHEN YOU ARE IN A STATE OF PEACE AND CALM, YOU CAN MAKE BETTER DECISIONS CONCERNING YOUR HEALTH. I WAS STUCK IN A STATE OF DESPERATION BECAUSE I COULD NOT HEAL, IT DID NOT MATTER HOW MANY DOCTORS WERE HELPING ME (INCLUDING THE CHIEF OF INFECTIOUS DISEASE) OR HOW MANY MEDICINES, TREATMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS I WAS TAKING, I JUST COULD NOT GET BETTER, UNTIL I FOUND EFT TAPPING.

WHEN USING EFT TAPPING WHY DO WE STATE THE NEGATIVE PROBLEM, INSTEAD OF SAYING POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS?

Hi everybody:
In this video, I am answering the question from a viewer:
How come we state, Even though I don’t deserve or I cannot move forward, or I feel worthless, instead of stating affirmations in the positive like: I feel deserving, I am moving forward easily, or I am worthy, etc.

When we are using EFT MindandBody Tapping to work on our issues, the first thing that we want to do is accept that we are having the problem, acknowledge how we feel having this problem and then we accept ourselves in spite that we are having the problem. We call this the EFT Acceptance Phrase. Additionally, we tune into our own body and see where in our body we feel the negative emotion concerning our problem and we rate the emotional charge on a scale of 0 -10.
